Booking Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

Effective as of September 24, 2026, until further notice

 

​Please note that any disputes arising under contracts with Clients or otherwise, visitors visiting the website, communicating with the author or life coach through any platform or device, commenting and or interacting related to blogs, articles, videos, podcasts or other creative content online, and or purchasing products or services online from Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC at www.brclifeskills.com shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Before booking and paying for services Clients are highly encouraged to read our Company Disclaimer, Website Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy for more information.

​ SCHEDULES

(All coaching sessions take place online via Central Standard Time).

 

Full payment is required before services begin unless stated elsewhere or otherwise.

 

Once a Client schedules a session, he or she may not be able to reschedule under the host WIX WEBSITE portal feature using the built-in calendar. The Client must contact the Coach ASAP if he or she is having this kind of situation so rescheduling can take place immediately.​

  • No Session can be assigned to another person, group or other entity.

  • If the Client is not the one paying for the coaching service, please note our company confidentiality clause as per the Company Disclaimer.

 

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (recorded, verbal and or documented) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. The Coach agrees to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s explicit written and signed consent. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s explicit written and signed consent. Confidential Information does include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) the Coach is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others; and (g) involves illegal activity.The Client also acknowledges his or her continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Coach in a timely manner.  

  • Coaching sessions will be held online and last for the appointed time regarding the chosen coaching service choice.

  • Clients that are 10 minutes late to their coaching session understand that the session ends at the appointed time and counts as attendance. No extra time will be added to the scheduled session due to Client lateness.

 

Any scheduled follow-up information is duly noted on BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC website, in the Company Disclaimer, and in the Client Welcome Packet.

 

Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC will ask the Client for their agreement in advance during online bookings to continue to charge your credit card on file for the time you have scheduled for a session(s) [i.e., month, year] as applicable.

CANCELLATIONS

NOTE: Client agrees that it is their responsibility to notify the Coach within the stipulated time limits mentioned in their contract regarding scheduled session(s).

 

Cancellation Policy

Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC enforces a 48-hours’ notice for cancellation. Once a Client pays for his or her coaching service the Client has 48 hours to cancel. If the Client cancels 24 hours after the initial 48 hours have passed, the Client will not receive a refund.

Service prices are subject to change due to normal economic supply and demand. Established Clients will be notified of this change but will not be affected by the change if they remain an established Client.

 

A cancellation recovery notice will be emailed to the Client if the Client cancelled their session by mistake and must email the coach a written and signed letter indicating the mistake. Again, it is the Clients responsibility to notify the Coach within the stipulated time limits mentioned in their contract regarding scheduled session(s).

 

THESE NOTED POLICIES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY FUTURE WEBINARS, WORKSHOPS,  SEMINARS, PROGRAMS, OR OTHER EVENTS) as these will have a different cancellation policy enforced as well rules and regulatory policies as applicable.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a Client’s payment is insufficient or notice of a failed payment is received by BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC, the Client will receive an emailed notice concerning this and another method of payment by the Client must take place immediately. If the Client does not take immediate action to remedy the issue within 24 hours the Client will receive via email a termination letter for dissolving services.

​ REFUNDS

As previously mentioned, if the Client cancels 24 hours after the initial 48 hours have passed, the Client will not receive a refund.

 

No Shows

Clients that do not show up for paid scheduled session(s) and have failed to contact the Coach 48 hours post scheduled session(s) to reschedule which includes Clients that repeatedly do not show up for scheduled session(s) and do not contact the Coach 48 hours post scheduled session(s), will not receive a refund for the no-shows. The Client will be emailed a termination letter for dissolving services.

 

Unused Sessions

Clients that may have unused paid sessions and no longer require the Coach’s services or cannot continue due to reasons beyond their control may receive a refund for the unused portion only if it has not been 15 days post initial payment.

 

The Client must contact the Coach before the 15-day end period for this type of cancellation and present the reason in a written, signed letter via email indicating the intent that you (the Client) no longer require the coach’s services or extended agreements regarding your unused paid coaching session(s) to receive a refund for the unused session(s) portion.

 

After 15 days, the Client will not receive a refund of the unused paid session(s). The Client will

be emailed a termination letter for dissolving services.

What Coaching “IS” and “IS NOT”

  • COACHING IS NOT A FORM OF THERAPY unless otherwise stated by your state/province although coaching may be used in conjunction with therapy.

  • Coaching is not counseling, or consulting, nor is it a substitute or replacement for any medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal and professional growth.

  • While coaching aims to facilitate personal and professional growth, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on individual effort, commitment, and external circumstances beyond the coach’s control.

 

For transparency, I, (Brenda Rockward) a.k.a. Coach Brenda owner of Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC is a certified life coach, not a doctor and thus not able to give medical (mental or physical) advice from a medical standpoint.

 

Coaching of MINORS (anyone under the age of 18 years) is NOT allowed coaching services through BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC. For exceptions, please read more information in the Company Disclaimer.
