Service Description
This is a FREE online consult not a coaching session. Before scheduling a consult call, so as not to waste anyone’s time you must fill out a Pre-screen Form that helps the actual consultation move more smoothly. During the actual consultation rapport is built, clarification about what you want to achieve takes place and you learn about the coach and how the coach works. If there is a mutual fit between both after this, the next step is becoming a Client, making payment(s) for your choice of coaching and scheduling the first coaching session.
Cancellation Policy
Effective as of September 24, 2026, until further notice Please note that any disputes arising under contracts with Clients or otherwise, visitors visiting the website, communicating with the author or life coach through any platform or device, commenting and or interacting related to blogs, articles, videos, podcasts or other creative content online, and or purchasing products or services online from Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC at www.brclifeskills.com shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. • Full payment is required before services begin unless stated elsewhere or otherwise. • No Session can be assigned to another person, group or other entity. • No Session can be assigned to another person, group or other entity. • If the Client is not the one paying for the coaching service, please note our company confidentiality clause as per the Company Disclaimer: • Coaching sessions will be held online and last for the appointed time regarding the chosen coaching service choice. • Clients that are 10 minutes late to their coaching session understand that the session ends at the appointed time and counts as attendance. No extra time will be added to the scheduled session due to Client lateness. Cancellation Policy Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC enforces a 48-hours’ notice for cancellation. Once a Client pays for his or her coaching service the Client has 48 hours to cancel. If the Client cancels 24 hours after the initial 48 hours have passed, the Client will not receive a refund. FAILED PAYMENTS If a Client’s payment is insufficient or notice of a failed payment is received by BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC, the Client will receive an emailed notice concerning this and another method of payment by the Client must take place immediately. If the Client does not take immediate action to remedy the issue within 24 hours the Client will receive via email a termination letter for dissolving services. REFUNDS As previously mentioned, if the Client cancels 24 hours after the initial 48 hours have passed, the Client will not receive a refund. Please visit BOOKING POLICY for full layout of terms.
