Workshop Booking Policy

Please note that any disputes arising under contracts with Clients or otherwise, visitors visiting the website, communicating with the author or life coach through any platform or device, commenting and or interacting related to blogs, articles, videos, podcasts or other creative content online, and or purchasing products or services online from Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC at https://www.brclifeskills.com shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

1. Registration & Payment

Payment in Full: Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Your space is not confirmed until payment is processed.

Spot in the workshop.
Confirmation: Once payment is processed, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your receipt, date/time, and the unique online workshop link (i.e., Zoom conference). Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within 15 minutes.
Age Requirement: Participants must be at least [30] years old to obtain clearance for attendance.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made [ 7 days] or more before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund or a one-time transfer to a future workshop date of same.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within [72 hours] of the workshop date are non-refundable, as any materials and or digital assets will have already been allocated (if applicable).
Host Cancellations: If the host must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a guaranteed spot in the next scheduled workshop of the same.

3. Late Arrival & No-Shows

Grace Period: The virtual room will open 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. We will begin promptly on the hour.
Late Policy: If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will not disturb the flow of the workshop and therefore will not be addressed on any earlier discussions or directions. If you arrive after the 15-minute threshold no refund will be issued.
No-Shows: Failure to attend the live workshop without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your registration fee.

4. Technical Requirements

Your Responsibility: Participants are responsible for testing their own internet connection, microphone, camera, and access to [Zoom / Google Meet / Canva] prior to the workshop.
Refunds for Tech Issues: Refunds will not be issued for personal technical failures, power outages, or connection drops on the participant's end. If a major technical failure occurs on the hosts end and shuts down the workshop, the workshop will be rescheduled at no cost to the participants.

5. Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property

Safe Space: This workshop is a supportive, positive environment. Harassment, rude behavior, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal from the workshop without a refund.

Personal Use Only: Any materials such as workbook templates, prompts, in the form of handouts and or digital assets provided during the workshop are for your personal use only and may not be resold, shared commercially, or redistributed.

Recording Consent Online: This workshop will be recorded for internal quality and training purposes to better serve the participants and for the Coach’s professional development as a Coach. By joining with your camera set “on,” you consent to appear in the recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, when recording starts you may mute your microphone and/or turn off your camera, use an avatar, use a pseudonym or initial for your name, submit questions via chat. A replay is not included, and will not be sent to registered participants, nor will it be accessible to registered participants. Please read full workshop disclaimer.

Recording Consent Face-to-Face: Recorded workshops is required to better serve the participants and for the Coach’s professional development as a Coach. During a face-to-face workshop recording the event to include photo shots and video footage may be taken by Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC. Participants have the right to decline. A form will be provided to the participants to select whether to be included or excluded from such photos and video footage. A replay of the photo shots and video footage is not included, and will not be sent to registered participants, nor will it be accessible to registered participants for downloads.
