Please note that any disputes arising under contracts with Clients or otherwise, visitors visiting the website, communicating with the author or life coach through any platform or device, commenting and or interacting related to blogs, articles, videos, podcasts or other creative content online, and or purchasing products or services online from Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC at www.lifekskillsauthor.com shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

  • Duration: Free Intro-Discovery call is 30 minutes (please arrive on time via [Zoom link]). This call will not proceed further than the time allotted.

  • Preparation: Please complete the intake questionnaire upon booking so we can make the most of our time. If you try to skip the form, the booking becomes invalid.

  • Call Purpose: This call is a brief mutual fit evaluation and/or high-level overview to discuss your current challenges, see if my services align with your REDESIGNS (goals) and outline potential next steps which is to conclude call with a transparent decision or concrete next step (i.e. booking a strategy session, sending a proposal, or parting ways if it’s not a fit).

  • What the Call Purpose is Not: It is not a free coaching session, strategy audit, or full consultation, nor establishes a formal coach-client, or professional relationship. This call does not obligate either party to move forward with a paid engagement.

  • Coaching Approach: COACHING IS NOT A FORM OF THERAPY unless otherwise stated by your state/province although coaching may be used in conjunction with therapy. Coaching is not counseling, or consulting, nor is it a substitute or replacement for any medical, psychological, legal, or financial services. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal and professional growth.

  • Outcome Results: While coaching aims to facilitate personal and professional growth, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on individual effort, commitment, and external circumstances beyond the coach’s control.

  • Privacy & Recording: This call is being recorded for training or quality purposes and is required to better serve future clientele, actual clients and for my professional development as a Coach. Any shared details are subject to company privacy policy.

  • Confidentiality: The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s explicit written and signed consent. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s explicit written and signed consent.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice via email if you need to reschedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the booked call will be canceled.
